The New York Liberty have made their decision. The women's professional basketball team is taking its talents to the Westchester County Center. As it continues to search for a buyer for the Liberty, the Madison Square Garden Company recently announced their 2018 schedule, with their primary home court being at the Westchester County Center in White Plains. Latimer Hopes Section 1 Basketball Tourney Returns To County Center
The 2018 Section 1 boys and girls high school basketball tournament will not be held at the Westchester County Center in White Plains this year, breaking with tradition. County Executive George Latimer said he hopes to change that for 2019.
