Florida Man Was DUI In 2019 Killing Of 25-Year-Old Chester County Woman, DA Says
A Florida native is facing a prison sentence for driving under the influence when he struck and killed a 25-year-old Chester County woman in 2019, authorities announced Tuesday.
A victim reported to PA State Police on Nov. 19, 2019, that they had been struck by a driver in a neon green Camaro, who quickly fled the scene in Warwick Township, according to the Chester County District Attorney's office.
The driver -- later determined to be Robbie Wharton IV, 27, of Freeport, FL -- also struck a car head-on minutes later, the DA's office said.

Authorities ID Driver, 21, Killed In Warwick Township Crash
One person died and another was hospitalized in an overnight crash in Warwick Township, authorities said Saturday.
Renny Joel Kline, 21, was behind the wheel of a vehicle heading north on Highlands Drive when he crashed near the Breezy Knoll apartment complex around 1 a.m. April 17, police said.
Kline, of Lititz, was pronounced dead while his friend -- identified only as a young man who was friends with Kline -- was hospitalized with unknown injuries.
