Jason Rosario, a 30-year-old Belleville resident, was spotted on scene by officers and began to run, police said.  He got into a car and police initiated a traffic stop, where he was later arrested and charged with attempted burglary and criminal trespass, officers said.  He was transferred to Hudson County Jail, police said.
