Driver Suffers Minor Injuries In Sussex County Rollover Crash Emergency crews responding to a report of exploding wires at a Sussex County car wash Thursday stopped on the way to assist a driver following a rollover crash. The Byram Township Fire Department stopped by the crash scene and called for police and emergency crews before heading to the Byram Car Wash in Stanhope to douse the sparking and flaming wires, the company said. The driver sustained minor injuries in the crash, the department said. The cause of the crash was not immediately clear.

One Entrapped During Rollover Crash In Western Mass Police in Western Massachusetts are investigating a rollover crash on a residential street that trapped one occupant.  The single-vehicle crash took place around 12:15 a.m., Wednesday, June 2, in the area of 59 Edendale St., according to the Springfield Fire Department. One person was entrapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated by firefighters. The driver was taken to Baystate Medical Center and is expected to recover.  Speed may have been a factor in the crash, officials said.

The Byram Township Fire Department arrived at the crash scene on Amity Road and saw that the vehicle had overturned into the woods Saturday night, authorities said. The driver was able to self-extricated and was taken to a local hospital by the Lakeland Emergency Squad, the department said. Emergency crews remained at the scene until a towing company removed the vehicle from the woods, authorities said. The cause of the crash was not immediately clear.

The vehicle rolled over several times and stopped on its side near Speedwell Avenue and Mayfair Road around 9 p.m., the Morris Plains Fire Department said. The driver was safely removed, turned over to the Morris Minute Men and taken to Morristown Memorial Hospital for further treatment, the department said.
