The 36-year-old Interstate Waste Services employee from Spring Valley was on Carter Street, near Old Tappan, when his left ring finger got caught between the trash and the dump box panel shortly after noon, Officer Nick Moltzen said. Two Children Seriously Injured After Falling Out Of Window In Rockland Two young boys were seriously injured after falling out of a window in Rockland. The children were found around 4:25 p.m., Thursday, May 2, when the Spring Valley Police responded to a call at 75 West Church St., said Spring Valley Officer Matthew Galli. When officers arrived on the scene they found that two children, ages 2 and 5, had fallen out of a second-story window, landing on the concrete paving below, he added. Catherine Beltempo, 34, was wanted on charges that include larceny- and forgery-related offenses at the Suffern Walmart, Ramapo police said. Beltempo, who has had several recent addresses, including in Airmont, has a lengthy adult criminal history, records show. Student, Driver Injured In Route 304 School Bus Crash One student and a school bus driver were injured in a two-vehicle crash Monday morning in Rockland. The crash occurred around 7:44 a.m. Nov. 26 on Route 304 and Washington Avenue in Pearl River, police said. Orangetown police officials said officers were still on the scene and little information was available.
