Wanted Spring Valley Man Nabbed In New Jersey A 31-year-old Rockland man was arrested on an outstanding warrant after a traffic stop in New Jersey, authorities said Friday. Mario McIntyre of Spring Valley was stopped by police in Fair Lawn, NJ, before dawn on March 14 because of a defective problem with his lights, authorities said. A computer check turned up a warrant out of the Passaic County, NJ town of Hawthorne, Fair Lawn Sgt. Brian Metzler said. McIntyre was issued a summons for improper maintenance of vehicle lamps and released after posting bail on the outstanding warrant, the sergeant said.
