A death investigation has been launched in Prince George's County after an overnight shooting that left one person dead and another hospitalized. Police say that at around 9:40 p.m. on Wednesday night, officers responded to the 6300 block of Auth Road in Camp Springs, where they found 24-year-old local resident Anthony Day Roberts - who was pronounced dead at the scene by first responders - and a second man who sustained life-threatening injuries. A reward is being offered as Metro Transit Police Department investigators continue their search for a man who stabbed a rider on a MetroBus repeatedly over the weekend. At approximately 5:45 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 21, police say that a bearded man (see above) stabbed a someone while aboard a 31/33 Route Metrobus near the intersection of 34th Street NW and Wisconsin Avenue NW. A 41-year-old man from Brookhaven was killed and a 42-year-old man from Chester City was hospitalized after they were shot in a northbound vehicle at mile marker 1.6 in Upper Chichester around 1:20 a.m., on Oct. 7, Pennsylvania State Police explained.
