Former Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane had her day in court again, after she violated the terms of her probation two times in a row, according to multiple media outlets.
Kane, 55, of Scranton, was sentenced to two months to a year in prison including time served, and parole to a residential treatment center for alcohol use through 2025, on Monday, May, 23, according to WTRF.

Belligerent VA Probation Violator Busted With Magazine, Handgun: Authorities
A Virginia man was being held without bond after becoming belligerent during an arrest for a probation violation in which he was found with a handgun, magazine and drugs, authorities said.
Marcus Williams, 30, of Stafford, was found by authorities in a parked car on the 300 block of Warrenton Road on Thursday, April 21 around 11:30 a.m., according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
Williams became aggressive when police told him that he was under arrest, and resisted the efforts of the deputies, the Sheriff's Office said.

Fingerprint Helps ID Man Accused Of Raping Teen Girl Walking To School In Reading
A fingerprint was key in identifying and arresting a man who is now charged with the rape of a teenage girl at knifepoint in Reading, authorities said.
The 14-year-old girl told police that she was walking to school on the 1200 block of Hill Road when she was abducted, taken to another location, and sexually assaulted twice, around 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 16, Reading Police Chief Richard Tornielli said.
Thanks in part to a fingerprint, police identified the suspect as 38-year-old Sean Samuels, of Auburn, the chief said. DNA evidence is still pending.
