Firefighters broke into a vehicle to retrieve unattended children, including an infant, locked inside by their father outside of a Walmart store this week, authorities in Virginia said.
Mirwais Fazli, 29, has been charged with three counts of child neglect following the incident at the Worth Avenue Walmart store in Woodbridge, on Thursday, Jan. 18, Prince William County police said.

Authorities have released new information in what they are investigating as a murder-suicide in Prince William County.
Family members found Nicholas Allen Smith Withrow, 42, and his wife Brittnee Yvonne Posey, 30, after getting texts that the two had been arguing on the 18300 block of Cabin Road in Triangle on Sunday, Jan. 14, Prince William County police said.
Investigators believe the argument escalated between Withrow and Posey, were husband and wife, and ended when Withrow shot Posey, and then himself, county police said.
