Man Fatally Stabbed At Maryland Restaurant
A 62-year-old Maryland man was fatally stabbed at a restaurant on Saturday, July 8, authorities said. At 4:20 p.m., Seat Pleasant Police and Prince George's County Police were called to a restaurant on the 5900 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Highway, Prince George's County Police said. There they found Mervyn Daniel unresponsive suffering from stab wounds. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead, Prince George's County Police said. A 17-year-old student faces weapons charges for bringing a gun to school Monday, July 10, in Prince George's County, authorities said. The student brought the loaded weapon onto school property at Central High School in Capitol Heights, Prince George's County police said.
