The man was found after flames devoured the mobile home in Putnam County in the Post Road Mobile Home Park on Route 9 in Philipstown, around 3:30 a.m., Monday, Nov. 4. Once the blaze was out, first responders with the North Highlands Fire Department found the man, who had been badly burned, Putnam County Sheriff's Department Capt.
