Lockdown Lifted At Ossining High School A lockdown at Ossining High School has been lifted after police gave the “all clear.” Ossining High School entered its lockdown protocol on Friday morning after an alarm was activated. Police said that the alarm was tripped accidentally by a staff member, and the lockdown was a precautionary measure. Shortly after noon on Friday, police announced that the lockdown had been lifted and classes resumed as normally scheduled.

Four Ossining High School Students Named Regeneron Semifinalists OSSINING, N.Y. -- Ossining is one of the top schools when it comes to future scientists.Four Ossining High School students made the semifinals in Regeneron's Science Talent Search. Each student receives a $2,000 award, with an additional $2,000 going to the scholar’s school. Sarah Hoffman investigated Alzheimer’s disease-related protein expression and immune cell activation in the brains of male and female mice as well as humans. Ossining School Lockdown Lifted Ossining School Lockdown Lifted
Ossining School Lockdown Lifted An early morning lockdown at Ossining High School has been lifted after police performed a sweep of the premises, according to the Ossining Police Department. The lockdown took place around 9 a.m. Friday at the school at 29 S. Highland Ave., for an unspecified threat. Police responded within minutes and searched the building before lifting the lockdown.
