Monroe Man ID'd As Victim Of Fatal Route 111 Crash Monroe Police have identified a man killed during a single-vehicle crash on the Monroe Turnpike. Kenneth Tobin, 53, of Monroe, was killed around 11 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 18, when he lost control of his Chevy Suburban, crossed the center lane, struck a bridge abutment and rolled the vehicle, which landed on its roof on the north shoulder of the road, said Monroe Police Lt.
