A 22-year-old woman remained hospitalized with serious injuries Sunday after she crashed into a barn Sunday evening in Lancaster County, authorities said. A 20-year-old Lancaster County man who was let off easy by police after stealing from his employer turned around and stabbed the arresting officer in the head Friday, authorities in Chester County said. Thief Stabbed Arresting Coatesville Officer In Head, Authorities Say
A 20-year-old man was charged with stabbing an officer in the head at a Coatesville store on Friday, authorities said. Officers were in the process of arresting Michael White, of Manheim, for stealing from the Turkey Hill store on Kings Highway when he shoved and stabbed 35-year-old Coatesville officer William Cahill, the Chester County District Attorney's Office announced.
