A 15-year-old Manchester resident has been safe after going missing for more than two weeks, police announced Monday, Sept. 8. The teenager had been last seen Sunday, Aug. 24 in Laurel Place, Manchester police said. Officers did not elaborate on what happened to the teenager, but said "there is no public safety concern."
