3-Year-Old Girl Found Unresponsive In Swimming Pool At Lindenhurst Home, Police Say Police are investigating after a 3-year-old girl was found unresponsive in a swimming pool at a Long Island residence. Officers responded to the home in Lindenhurst, located at 341 North Broadway, after a 911 call reporting a child was unresponsive in the home’s swimming pool, Suffolk County Police said. The girl, Avery Wilcox, was transported via ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in critical condition.
