A driver was arrested for driving drunk with a young child in the car after a late-night traffic stop on an upstate New York highway, authorities said.
The incident happened on Saturday, March 28, at approximately 3:21 a.m., when New York State Police stopped a Volkswagen traveling eastbound on Route 20 in the Town of New Lebanon for traffic violations, police said.
