Some residents in Woodbridge got an eyeful on Tuesday afternoon when a took it upon himself to expose himself to neighbors, police say. Umaru Kelvin Davies, 31, was arrested on Oct. 22, after apartment management alerted the police to a reported indecent exposure incident after he allegedly did so and made inappropriate gestures at the Longview Apartments in the 13700 block of Lynn Street.
