The Hiram Rider House, a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Tolland County, is listed for sale at $409,900.
The 2,592-square-foot Willington home at 238 Tolland Turnpike was built in 1820 for Hiram Rider "who served as a judge, county sheriff, town Selectman, state representative, and state treasurer," according to Historic Buildings of Connecticut.
