The United States Postal Service is gearing up for the holidays, unveiling its brand-new holiday stamps and announcing shipping deadlines to deliver mail by Christmas. A new survey has determined which US states are the most and least stressful based on a variety of factors. Amerisleep created the ranking based on 22 stress factors related to four categories: work, money, health and environment. The average rate of homeownership in Connecticut has dropped significantly over the past five years, according to a new report from the U.S. Census Bureau.
