Jordan Thomas Jr. was killed shortly before 4 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 30, after he was involved in a crash with a vehicle on the Silas Deane Highway in Rocky Hill, near the Exit 24 ramps for Interstate 91, police said. He died at the scene.
