A second family member has been arrested for her role in the death of a 3-year-old girl who was beaten to death, authorities announced.
Belcamp resident Barbara Ann Mumpower, 41, the aunt and guardian of 3-year-old Maria Louellen Barlow, has been charged with murder for her role in the child’s murder, who was beaten to death by her partner, Essex resident Randolph James Mack, 43.
On Friday, June 3, deputies from the Harford County Sheriff's Office responded to the 1200 block of Ashmead Square in Belcamp, where there was a report of a toddler in cardiac arrest.

A 33-year-old woman from Baltimore County was found dead inside her home after police conducted a wellness check, authorities said.
Officers found Bradyna Henson dead inside her home, located at 21221 Windjammer Court in Essex, around 7:45 p.m. on Thursday, April 14, Baltimore County Police said. Police said Henson showed signs of apparent trauma.

A 27-year-old man is facing charges after police say he crashed into a guard rail and embankment while driving impaired on I-87.
New York State Police say they responded to a report of a one-car personal injury accident on I-87 in the town of Newburgh on Thursday, May 30 around 10:20 p.m.
Further investigation revealed that the driver of a Toyota Camry lost control of the vehicle, struck the center guide rail, crossed over both northbound lanes and struck the earth embankment on the east shoulder, according to police.
