Eduardo Hernandez, 49, of Garnerville, pleaded guilty on Wednesday, March 4, in Rockland County Court to second-degree kidnapping, Rockland County District Attorney Thomas E. Walsh II announced.

Police in Connecticut say a man attacked a pregnant woman during an argument, choked her, and threatened to kill her.
Tae Juan Foskey, 27, of Westport, is facing multiple felony charges after the alleged incident last month, police said.
Investigators say the incident began as a verbal argument between the woman and Foskey. During the dispute, police say the argument turned physical.
At one point, Foskey assaulted the woman and attempted to choke her. Police said he also made several threats during the attack, including telling the victim he would kill her.
