Dennis "Andrew" Foy, who was awarded the Purple Heart while fighting the War on Terror, died on Tuesday, July 8, according to his obituary from the Boucher Funeral Home website.
A Gloucester County resident, Foy served six years in the United States Army with honor and distinction, deployed to both Afghanistan and Iraq, his obituary reads.
