After sending terrorizing texts, a 48-year-old Lancaster County man carved into someone's car and smeared blood on the victims' home and vehicle, authorities say.
Norman B. Meiskey IV of Columbia, PA, texted a man “Satan," saying that he was “really bleeding,” and “saving the best for last," on Feb. 18, as stated in the release by Manheim Township police on Feb. 28, 2023, and confirmed in court documents.
The township police were called to the 200 block of Pleasure Road on the night of Feb. 22, 2023, according to the release.
