Man Shot At Christian L. Siebert Memorial Park In Camp Hill ID-ed The man who was in the parking lot of Christian L. Siebert Memorial Park has been identified, according to Camp Hill Borough police. Officers were dispatched to the park for reports of shots fired in the parking lot at 5:47 p.m. Everyone involved with the shooting fled the scene prior to the police arriving. The man who was shot has been indentified as Luis J. Rodrigues.  He drove himself to Penn State Holy Spirit Medical Center with non-life threatening gun shot wounds shortly after police arrived at the shooting location.
