A 20--year-old Pennsauken man was arrested and charged on Tuesday, April 8 after he uploaded child pornography to Snapchat, authorities said. Detectives began investigating Nathaniel Martinez's Snapchat account following a cyber tip from the National Center of Missing & Exploited Children, the Camden County Prosecutor's Office said.
