George School Freshman, Promising Athlete Adiberi Udom Dies, Fund Says
A GoFundMe has been launched to support the family of Adiberi “Adi” Udom, a high school freshman at George School who died on Sunday, Jan. 12, organizers said.
The fundraiser, titled “Support for the Udom Family in Adi's Memory,” was created by Ariadne Costa for Cynthia Udom, according to the GoFundMe page.
Costa said the community is mourning Udom, describing her as “a kind soul,” a cherished member of Westwood dorm, a “promising athlete,” and “a dedicated 9th-grade student.”

A beloved leader who shaped generations of young athletes has died unexpectedly, leaving behind a grieving New England baseball community now rallying to support his family.
Kevin John Huber, the longtime baseball coach at Salisbury School in Connecticut, died in his sleep on Dec. 9, loved ones said. He was 50. He is survived by his wife, Celina, and their children, Timothy and Sara.
The cause of death was not released.

Gregory A. Van Sciver, of Mount Laurel, died on May 5, according to an obituary published by Mount Laurel Home For Funerals. He was 33 years old.
Greg was a lifelong resident of Mount Laurel and a 2009 graduate of Lenape High School, his obituary said.

A Northern Westchester native who was a standout athlete in both high school and college has died.
Alison Relyea, who grew up in Briarcliff and graduated in 1992 from the Hackley School in Tarrytown, was 48 years old, according to her obituary.
She died on Wednesday, Oct. 12 at Evelyn’s House hospice facility in Creve Coeur, Missouri. For the past 11 years, she lived in Chesterfield, Missouri, her obituary said.
