A 25-year-old pickup truck driver from Passaic was captured on camera erratically leaving the scene of a crash in Hudson County where authorities said he struck two pedestrians and a vehicle, leaving three victims seriously injured. A Pennsylvania man has been charged in connection with a fatal high-speed crash in South Jersey, authorities said. Theresa Karbach, 69, of Cherry Hill, died as a result of injuries from the crash in Lawnside on May 13 at about 9:30 p.m., according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay. A 38-year-old man from Millville was charged with driving while intoxicated after a three-vehicle crash in Vineland, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 4 at South Delsea Drive and West Sherman Avenue, according to Vineland police.
