The SPCA Westchester is looking for a permanent foster home for Meerkat.Meerkat is a two-year-old lab type mix who weighs 40 pounds and loves to stand on her back legs. The SPCA said Meerkat is an affectionate girl with lots of energy who loves the outdoors. Meerkat loves playing with other dogs and would be a good fit for kids older than 10. She would prefer not to live with cats. Meerkat has kidney insufficiency, which requires medical attention. BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- The SPCA Westchester is hoping someone is looking for some Cash. Cash is a seven pound Chihuahua mix who likes other small dogs and is good with kids 10 and up, the SPCA said. Cash is available for permanent foster due to a heart condition known as degenerative valve disease. This condition requires daily medication and a heart-healthy diet.
