Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018, Honorable Gina Capone authorized and signed a warrant for the arrest of Richard Lennox of Lake Peekskill. The charges include third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle (a misdemeanor) as well as two traffic infractions.
