On Tuesday, Nov. 27, Putnam County Sheriff Robert Langley, Jr. announced recent drug possession arrests that were recorded by his deputy sheriffs. A high-speed police chase through Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties ended with the arrests of a man and woman who were caught with a large amount of heroin as well as cocaine. Have you seen him? New York State Police investigators are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to locate a man wanted in Putnam County on a host of charges. An alert was issued on Wednesday for Earl Allen, 27, who is wanted on a bench warrant stemming from two different incidents involving a stolen car and credit cards. A 38-year-old man from Westchester was busted by police in Scarsdale driving with a blood alcohol content more than double the legal limit over the weekend.
