Monica Konefal Seibert, 79, Longtime Glen Rock Resident GLEN ROCK, N.J. — Longtime Glen Rock resident Monica Konefal Seibert died Friday, April 29. She was 79.  Born in Passaic, she lived in Rochelle Park, and Baltimore, Md., before moving to Glen Rock 37 years ago.  Prior to her retirement in 1979, she was a teacher for the Maryvale Preparatory School in Baltimore for six years.  Previously, she was a high school teacher employed by the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education.  She was a parishioner of St. Caherine's R.C. Church in Glen Rock, leader of the Bereavement Group and with the Stepping Stone Ministries.  Seibert is survived by brother…
