West Milford Church Announces Schedule Of Christmas Eve Services WEST MILFORD, N.J. -- West Milford Presbyterian Church has announced its schedule of Christmas Eve services for Thursday night. A family service with a sermon geared toward children will be held first at 7 p.m. At 9:40 p.m., a handbell prelude will lead into the church’s 10 p.m. worship. Teaneck Library Installs Slab Of Town's Historic Oak Tree In Courtyard TEANECK, N.J. -- The Teaneck Public Library has announced the installation of a slab of the historic red oak tree that stood at the corner of Cedar Lane and Palisade Avenue for some 250 years. The section of the tree now sits on the main floor of the library courtyard on a stand constructed by Anthony Santella, with an explanatory Plexiglas sign designed and fabricated by Majestic Signs of Teaneck. Connecticut Restricts Work On Roads, Highways For The Holidays FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- The Connecticut Department of Transportation has announced that there will be no maintenance or construction activities on major highways over the Christmas and New Year holiday periods. The dates in which these activities will cease run from Thursday, Dec. 24, at 6 a.m. until Monday, Dec. 28, at 8 p.m., and on Thursday, Dec. 31, at 6 a.m. until Monday, January 4, 2016, until 8 p.m. Only road work of an emergency nature will be considered during these periods.

Director Ginna Ortiz narrated the program by introducing the main characters and describing each scene to the audience. After the performance, those in attendance were able to meet the dancers.
