Toms River police responded to the mall on Hooper Avenue at approximately 8:10 p.m., after receiving a report of a male victim with a gunshot wound, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said. Broken Jaw, Collar Bone For Teen Scooter Rider In Paterson Crash, Cops Say An 18-year-old scooter operator was hospitalized with multiple fractures following a Paterson crash on Wednesday, March 25. The crash occurred just before 5:30 p.m. at Furrey Plaza and West Broadway, according to Robert Rowan, a spokesman for the Paterson Police Department. The operator sustained a fracture to the right side of the jaw and a fracture to the right clavicle. He was transported to the hospital for treatment. The crash remains under investigation.
