Cornelius Shannon, 51, of Hasbrouck Heights, was charged alongside Arturo Hernandez, 20, of Bedias, Texas, under the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.

Cops ID Motorcyclist, 38, Killed In Fiery Melville Crash
A Long Island man was killed after crashing his motorcycle into an SUV and being thrown from the bike on Friday evening, May 22, police said.
Anees Khan, 38, of Huntington, was riding a 2023 Ducati motorcycle southbound on Round Swamp Road near Hilltop Drive in Melville, around 6:45 p.m. when he attempted to pass a 2022 Kia Seltos traveling in the same direction, according to Suffolk County police.
Khan struck the Kia’s right rear bumper, causing him to lose control and be thrown from the motorcycle, police said. The Ducati caught fire after the crash.
