Man Charged With Driving While Impaired In Route 9 Stop KINDERHOOK, N.Y. -- A Hudson man was arrested and charged Monday with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, according to New York State Police at Troop K in Poughkeepsie. Police responded to a Columbia County 911 call to the Cumberland Farms in the village of Valatie to a report of a possibly intoxicated driver, according to police.
