HYDE PARK, N.Y. — The Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum offers the following Memorial Day events this weekend:

BIVOUAC WWII Encampment, Saturday, May 28, Sunday, May 29, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Front Lawn, Roosevelt Library.
Book Talk, Saturday, May 28, 4 p.m., Henry A. Wallace Center. “The History of Hyde Park-on-Hudson.”
Rose Garden Ceremony, Monday, May 30, 1:30 p.m., Rose Garden, Home of FDR National Historic Site.

Dogs, Parachutes and Storytime Offered To Kids At Scarsdale Library
SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Dogs, Parachutes and Storytime is offered for children at the Scarsdale Library in June.The following is scheduled:
Dog lovers of all ages will have a chance to play with man’s best friend later on Saturday, June 4, at 3 p.m. at Meet & Great a Dog.
Library Playdate, a time for free play for children ages 2-5, will be held on Tuesday, May 31, at 10:30 p.m. Later in the day at 4 p.m., the weekly Storytime will feature stories and rhymes designed specifically for ages 3 1/2-5.
