Orangetown Police Charge Pearl River Woman In Stabbing PEARL RIVER, N.Y. -- A woman allegedly stabbed a man in a domestic attack Tuesday morning in the Pearl River area, according to the Orangetown Police Department. Officers responded at 6:42 a.m. to the scene and ascertained that the accused, Deborah Baranello, 59, of Pearl River had been in a dispute with a male when she pulled a large kitchen knife on him and stabbed at him, causing a laceration to his hand and a puncture wound to his stomach, police said.
