Westchester Man Headed to World Food Championships CARMEL, N.Y. - Shrub Oak resident Joe Saccente has earned a spot at the 2015 World Food Championships after crafting the winning-burger at this past weekend's New York Bull Burger Battle in Mahopac. Competing with friend Chris Prichinello of Cortlandt Manor under the team name "Mr. Dirt's BBQ," Saccente, an iron worker and father of two, came in first with a score of 91.667.
