Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Jon also writes periodically for the Cornell Chronicle.

The crash occurred at about 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21 on Route 73 southbound near Signal Hill Road in Voorhees Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation website. Douglas Matthews was arrested after he was observed sitting in the Lakewood Bus Terminal on First Avenue in Lakewood at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19. South Jersey Sports Coach Touched Child Inappropriately: Report A sports coach from Gloucester County faces new charges of sexual assault on a child, NJ Advance Media reports. Frank L. Natanni, 41, of Washington Township, lived near the child and was the victim’s sports coach, the outlet said, quoting the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office. The original criminal complaint in 2020 said that the coach would hug, kiss and cuddle the victim and that Natanni sent text messages referencing sex, the outlet said. Pedestrian Struck By Car Outside South Jersey School DeMasi Middle School in Evesham was placed into a shelter-in-place due to a pedestrian crash, authorities said. The car-pedestrian crash took place before 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 20, near the school, Evesham police said. Two subjects shown above were spotted together at the Marshalls store located at 401 Route 38 in Moorestown, police said.
