Pleasantville native Jon Craig is special editor for the Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Daily Voice sites. He is also the primary reporter for Daily Voice Plus Politics in Westchester and Fairfield.

Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

Jon also writes periodically for the Cornell Chronicle.

Philadelphia Man Attacked Woman With A Brick On Atlantic City Boardwalk: Prosecutor A Philadelphia Man allegedly attacked a woman with a brick on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, authorities said.  Samuel Cooper, 43, was indicted on Thursday, March 23, for attempted murder in connection with the random attack, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. Overdose Victim Found On Bench In Atlantic City A report of an unconscious man turned out to be an apparent drug overdose in Atlantic City, authorities said. On Friday, March 24, at 8:32 a.m., police were dispatched to the corner of New York and Adriatic Avenues. Officers arrived to find the unconscious male lying on a concrete bench near the sidewalk in the 300 block of north New York Avenue, police said.
