Chad Walco, 49, of Milton, was charged with first-degree rape for an October 2015 incident in Milton, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s office said. Additional details were not released. Walco was also arrested back in March 2026 and charged with third-degree rape for having sex with a child under age 17 in Kayadeross Acres mobile home park, authorities said at the time.
