Olivia Videtto, a kindergarten student at Harwinton Consolidated School, was injured around 1:45 p.m. Sunday, May 31, authorities said. Reginald Rogers, 37, of Woodbridge, pleaded guilty Wednesday, May 27,  in federal court to possession with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine, according to the US Attorney's Office for the District of Connecticut.
