Bomb Threat Clears Route 46 Walmart In Saddle Brook
A bomb threat cleared the Walmart on Route 46 in Saddle Brook on Friday, June 5. All businesses in the shopping center, including Powerhouse Gym and McDonald's, were cleared as law enforcement searched the building, with employees congregated on the side of the highway. Members of the Bergen County Sheriff's Department and Saddle Brook Police Department were at the scene with a bomb squad set to arrive momentarily. A search was underway Friday evening, June 5 for a swimmer in distress in Seaside Heights. Multiple photos shared to social media show the US Coast Guard helicopters among the response team at Decatur Beach.
