A North Jersey medical office building has sold for $7.9 million, JLL Capital Markets announced Thursday, June 11.
The 37,770-square-foot building, known as 601 Hamburg, was sold by March Associates to Pinnacle Group of Hudson Valley, according to JLL. The three-story property was developed in 2002 by March Associates, which has used part of the building as its corporate headquarters since then.
The building is 97 percent leased outside of March Associates, mostly to medical tenants, according to JLL. Tenants include Denville Diagnostics/Star MRI, Wayne Dental Arts and Spectrum Therape…

A retail center anchored by AMC Theatres and Chuck E. Cheese in East Hanover has sold for $13.75 million, according to RE-NJ, citing RIPCO Real Estate.
The property at 145 Route 10 spans 70,549 square feet and sits on more than 15 acres along one of Morris County's busiest commercial corridors. The center is fully occupied and also includes GolfTec, Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep, and an AT&T cell antenna tenant, according to a RIPCO marketing package.

Former New York Mets outfielder Brandon Nimmo has sold his Long Island ranch for nearly $5.7 million, a real estate executive revealed Wednesday, April 29.
Nimmo, 33, was traded to the Texas Rangers in November 2025 but waited until April to put his ranch in Old Westbury on the market, Emmett Laffey of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Laffey International Realty wrote on social media.

A newly built luxury apartment community near Princeton has sold for more than $115 million in a major real estate deal, officials said.
One Hundred Forge, a 300-unit multifamily property in Hopewell Valley, was sold for $115.75 million to an unnamed buyer with a national portfolio, according to SAGE Real Estate Advisors.
SAGE, based in Livingston, represented Woodmont Properties, the original developer and seller, and procured the buyer, officials said. Leasing for the Class A property began in 2024 and the complex reached full occupancy by mid-2025, according to SAGE.
