Three people were charged with drug offenses after a traffic stop in Saddle Brook, police said. Patrol officers stopped a gray Honda Accord at approximately 10:49 a.m. on Friday, June 5, according to Saddle Brook Police Chief John A. Zotollo Jr. Further investigation revealed all three occupants were in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, the chief said. A search was underway Friday evening, June 5 for a swimmer in distress in Seaside Heights. Multiple photos shared to social media show the US Coast Guard helicopters among the response team at Decatur Beach.
