The fire was reported just after 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 16, at the harness racing complex located at 25 Nelson Ave. in Saratoga Springs, according to the Saratoga Springs Fire Department.  When firefighters arrived, they found a barn heavily involved in flames.
