An Edison couple and their three young children were all hospitalized on Thanksgiving -- some with serious injuries -- after a sedan driven the wrong way on the New Jersey Turnpike struck their minivan head-on, State Police said.
A southbound Nissan Versa driven by Michael Forman, 26, of Sellersville, PA man hit the family’s Honda Odyssey in the Turnpike’s northbound lanes in Gloucester County’s Woolrich Township, around 9:45 p.m., they said.

Woman Drove Wrong Way On I-84, State Police Say
A 36-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly driving in the wrong direction on I-84.
Vanessa Alejos, of Newington, was arrested around 11:22 p.m., Wednesday, June 17, in Hartford County, by Connecticut State Police for driving the wrong way on I- 84 in East Hartford, state police said.
Troopers were alerted to the wrong-way driver by callers and were able to track down and pull over Alejos near Exit 56, they said.
Alejos was charged with four counts of construction zone violations, failing to comply with fingerprinting and interfering with an officer, state police said.

A 44-year-old Fairfield County man was arrested after allegedly hitting two vehicles, including a State Police cruiser while driving the wrong way on Route 15 South.
The incident took place at 11:17 p.m., Sunday, April 12, between Exits 64 and 66 in North Haven when state police began receiving 911 reports of a vehicle traveling north in the southbound lanes of the roadway, said the Connecticut State Police.

A father from Westchester was taking his son and two friends to a Jewish league basketball game when the BMW they were aboard was involved in a wrong-way crash on I-287.
Jordan Wachtell, 57, of Ardsley, was driving a 2018 BMW 330CI when it was struck by a 2006 Jeep, operated by Jaime Paucar, 50, of Amawalk, traveling westbound in the eastbound lane around 8:30 p.m. in Harrison on Thursday, Jan. 30, state police said.
The crash caused the Jeep to roll over and come to rest on the center median guide rail, according to police.
