Pot Dispensaries Banned In Lyndhurst
Lyndhurst has joined the municipalities in New Jersey that have banned any type of marijuana dispensary. "We are very pleased to have this ordinance," township police Detective Vincent Auteri said. "For our township to allow marijuana dispensaries would be counterintuitive to all the drug awareness and substance abuse programs we provide. Authorities: Former Lyndhurst Man Jailed For Cyber-Harassing Ex
LYNDHURST, N.J. -- A former Lyndhurst man was arrested on cyber harassment charges after a judge said he violated a restraining order by sending his ex-girlfriend text and Facebook messages. Wallington police picked up Jamie Lee Costa, 34, of Nutley on a warrant issued by a Lyndhurst judge after the 28-year-old woman filed a complaint, Detective Vincent Auteri said Wednesday. He was processed and taken to the Bergen County Jail on Sunday, then ordered released by a Superior Court judge, pending further court action, the following afternoon, records show.
